Operations Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive – Travel (FIT, MICE & Events)

Location: Pune

Role Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end execution of International FIT (Corporate & Leisure), Domestic & International MICE, and corporate events. The role involves coordination with global vendors, managing travel logistics, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international FIT bookings (flights, hotels, visas, transfers, insurance)
• Execute domestic & international MICE group movements
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and vendors
• Manage itineraries, vouchers, rooming lists, and travel documentation
• Support planning and execution of corporate events and offsites
• Ensure smooth on-ground operations and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2–5 of experience in travel operations (FIT & MICE preferred)
• Strong destination knowledge and vendor coordination skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred:

• Background in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality
• Experience handling corporate travel and international groups
