Operations Executive

Prop tech start up based at Pune is looking to hire for Operations Executive position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for optimizing systems & processes in line with a company objective

Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, database management, information management, and back-office support.

Be part of a team of installation executives and ensure seamless service delivery

Create and maintain an operations manual documenting all systems and standards

Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints via phone or email

Keep the senior management informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
