Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern, your primary work profile on a general level will involve Generalist Roles, which include but are not limited to managing Key Customer-Accounts, Invoicing, Workflow Management, Working on Internal Company Softwares, On-Field Operations, Project Handover Meetings with Customers, Co-Ordinating with other Teams, Real-World Research, etc and basically making sure the organizational goals are working in perfect alignment.

Specific Work Description:

a) Project Management & Handover

b) Working on Internal Company Softwares

c) Customer Success 

d) Customer Troubleshooting

e) Market Research

f) Maintaining business relationships with various stakeholders including the Founders, Sales Team, etc.
