Operations Manager

The Operations Manager oversees end-to-end plant and supply chain operations—from raw material sourcing to production, quality, warehousing, and dispatch—while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities🏭 Production & Plant OperationsManage daily production schedules and capacity planning
• Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower & utilities
• Reduce downtime, wastage, and production losses
• ✅ Quality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP
• Monitor water quality, hygiene, sanitation & audits
• Handle internal & external inspections
• 📦 Supply Chain & LogisticsOversee raw material procurement (bottles, caps, labels, ingredients)
• Inventory control (FIFO/FEFO)
• Coordinate dispatch, route planning & delivery timelines
• 👥 Team & Vendor ManagementSupervise supervisors, operators, technicians
• Training on SOPs, safety & hygiene
• Manage vendors, transporters & service partners
• 💰 Cost & Performance ControlControl operational costs & improve margins
• Track KPIs, productivity & efficiency
• Implement Lean / Six Sigma improvements
