As an OM Application Support Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance for our Order Management (OM) applications. Your role will involve troubleshooting application issues, providing functional expertise, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our OM systems. You will also be expected to contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and testing, while ensuring that all application functionalities align with our business objectives and meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for OM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Work closely with the order management and procurement teams to optimize processes and systems.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
