Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (5+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with more than 5 years of experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12). The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in technical components such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
•    Develop and support RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
•    Design and develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and APIs.
•    Develop and customize Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher templates, and Workflow.
•    Build and support Integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems using APIs, Web Services, SOA tools, or REST/SOAP.
•    Work on OAF customizations and extensions.
•    Support Production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver fixes.
•    Participate in upgrades, patching cycles, and migration activities.
•    Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation, and delivery timelines.
•    Provide technical guidance and help optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Experience:
•    5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical development.
•    Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher.
•    Experience with RICE components development.
•    Good understanding of EBS modules such as Finance (AP, AR, GL), SCM (PO, OM, INV)
•    Experience with OAF Framework (customizations and extensions).
•    Knowledge of Workflows, AOL objects, and personalization.
•    Experience in interfaces and integrations using APIs, WebServices, or SOA Suite.
•    Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize queries.
•    Familiarity with EBS patching, cloning, and migration activities.
