The MC- IT Advisory EPM team are seeking Consultants (Oracle FDMEE/PBCS/FCCS/Data Management Cloud Service Integration Specialist) to join the growing EPM practice.
We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space. The EPM Functional Consultant will implement and support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in EPM module, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
The role would require:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment.
- Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs.
- Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements
- Capability to deliver high quality, well developed solutions within constraints of time.
- Demonstration of strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Work directly functional and integration consultants to establish conversion approach, complete Integration and Data loading into Oracle Cloud/Hyperion Essbase/Planning/HFM Application’s.
Ability to assist with Data extract/Data mapping, explanation of the conversion process, defining requirements, and working towards getting the correct extracts and preparing for the Data and Validation conversion cycle.
Good to Have
- Knowledge on ODI.
- Exposure to PBCS/EPBCS and FCCS Applications
- EPM Automate, Rest API, Jython & SQL scripting.
- Hands-on implementation experience on Data Management/FDMEE ,(Planning and HFM Application knowledge would be an added advantage)
- Experience on Integrating Cloud to Cloud EPM applications.
- Hands on experience in Integrating to one of the following sources (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft or EBS Financial and/or HCM)
- Hands on experience in Integrating with Hyperion Planning, On-premise application migration to PBCS and Hybrid integration(Added advantage)
- Experience with designing and creating security as well as provisioning users in Shared Services (added advantage).
- Worked on LCM, Migrating artifacts form one environment to another environment.
- Good working skills on Batch processing, Single & Multi Period data loading and FDMEE Security.
- Knowledge on creating Reports in FDMEE (Added advantage)
- Familiarity in writing SQL and Jython scripting (Added advantage)
- Knowledge on automating tasks using EPM Automate and Rest API would be an added advantage.
- Good documentation and presentation skills
- Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM moules.
- Conduct requirement analysis and design sessions with clients.
- Develop and maintain functional design documents and configuration specifications.
- Configure and implement Oracle EPM applications based on client requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Conduct user training and prepare training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integrations are effectively implemented.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies.
- Assist with metadata extract, explanation of the conversion process, defining requirements, and working towards getting the correct extracts and preparing for the metadata conversion cycle.
Experience & Background
- CA/CMA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
- At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
