OT Staff Nurse

We are looking for a Staff Nurses in Operation Theater to join our team, with 1 to 5 years experience candidates with a valid nursing registration are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for surgery (vitals check, consent verification, documentation).
• Ensure OT equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready.
• Assist in positioning patients on the operating table.
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and surgical team during procedures.
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies (scrub/circulating roles).
• Maintain strict sterile techniques to prevent infection.
• Monitor patient condition during surgery.
• Assist in transferring patients to recovery room
• Monitor recovery (vital signs, consciousness level)
• Document surgical procedures and patient status
• Maintain OT cleanliness and infection control standards
• Manage surgical instruments and inventory
• Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste
• Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
