Job Title: Outlet Manager – Dhawade Vadewale

Job Description:

Responsible for overall operations, staff management, sales growth, and customer satisfaction at Dhawade Vadewale outlet. The Manager ensures smooth daily functioning, maintains hygiene and quality standards, manages inventory and cash flow, and leads the team to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise kitchen and counter operations.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.

Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports.

Resolve customer queries and maintain a positive dining experience.

Drive sales through effective promotions and local marketing.

Requirements:

Prior F&B or QSR experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage operations and multitask efficiently.
