Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features and manage releases effectively. You will ensure system stability while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, all while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Your role will require you to engage with different teams to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong in SQL, Azure, ADF.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
