Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of application management and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Ability to utilize APIs and low-code platforms effectively.
- Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
