Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that meet organizational needs while maintaining system performance and compatibility. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Hadoop. - Strong understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed computing. - Experience with data storage solutions and data management best practices. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration with SaaS applications. - Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to enhance application functionality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache Hadoop. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
