Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Accurately fill paints into small pots according to the given color codes.
  • Label and seal each pot properly to prevent leakage or mix-ups.
  • Assemble and pack paint kits (canvas, brushes, paints, and accessories) as per daily production targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the color mixing and packaging area.
  • Follow all safety procedures while handling paints and materials.
  • Report any defects, shortages, or machinery issues to the factory manager.
  • Assist in inventory counting, QC checks, and daily output reporting.
  • Skills & Requirements:Minimum education: 10th pass or above.
  • Prior experience in factory or packaging work preferred (paint, cosmetics, or FMCG industry).
  • Must be attentive to details, disciplined, and punctual.
  • Ability to work with hands for long hours with focus and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of color codes and labeling.
  • Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn.
