Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, start, stop, and adjust packing machines (e.g., flow wrapper machine 10 Head machine labelling machine).
Production Monitoring: Ensure continuous, efficient operation, minimize downtime, and fix machine jams.
Quality Control: Inspect final packages for defects, correct labeling, weight, and sealing accuracy.
Production reports, maintenance logs, and inventory checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or freshers is generally required.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand machinery, perform basic troubleshooting, and monitor operational rhythms.
