RESPONSIBILITIES

• The position is located in Pune, India.
• Responsible for managing global payroll transformation projects.
• Supports the development of a global payroll road map.
• Assists with RFP processes and vendor onboarding.
• Manages country-specific payroll implementation projects.
• Oversees payroll digitization and automation initiatives.
• Maintains payroll performance dashboards.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8-12 years of payroll transformation/Project management experience in a multinational organization payroll captive center comparable to Vertiv Group Corp.
