We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta + Google Ads)

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and knows how to turn ad spend into real results. If you understand scaling campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and testing creatives, we’d love to talk.

📍 Location: Amanora Park Town, Hadapsar (Work From Office)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

📆 Experience: 6 months-1 year in running Meta & Google Ads

What you’ll do:

• Plan, launch & scale Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns

• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)

• Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions & ROI

• Work closely with the creative team on high-performing ad creatives

• Monitor data, test audiences, and improve campaign performance

• Prepare performance reports and insights

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and obsessed with improving results.
