Performance Marketing Executive

We are a digital marketing agency looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for multiple clients across different industries such as e-commerce, local businesses, service-based companies, and lead generation.

Job Description

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)

Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)

Manage ad campaigns for multiple clients

Optimize ads to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and copies

Set up and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)

Monitor daily ad performance and budgets

Prepare basic performance reports for clients

Coordinate with creative/content team for ad copies and creatives

• Skills RequiredHands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Good understanding of lead generation and sales funnels
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling
• Basic knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
