• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns
• Drive lead generation for:
• 
  
• Mutual Funds
• Insurance
• Loans
• Demat Accounts
• PMS & Wealth Products
• Create high-converting ad creatives & copies (trust-focused, finance-compliant)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Meta tools, etc.) to create:
• 
  
• Reels
• Static posts
• Ad creatives
• Hooks & captions for finance content
• Track and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS & lead quality
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, funnels & landing pages
• Coordinate with sales team to improve lead-to-conversion performance
• Ensure ad compliance as per financial & platform regulations
• Prepare performance reports & insights for scaling campaigns
• 🧠 Required SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of financial services marketing (BFSI/FinTech)
• Ability to create trust-based, compliance-friendly finance content
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation (reels, posts, ads)
• Knowledge of funnels, landing pages & lead forms
• Data-driven mindset with basic reporting & optimization skills
