Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with strategic vision and a flair for vibrant marketing to join the Agential Technology team. In this role, you will lead performance-driven campaigns, optimize results across digital channels, and empower brands to achieve their growth goals. You’ll also play a key role in training and mentoring our teams, fostering a culture of efficiency, creativity, and data-driven success.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and manage high-impact performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring alignment with client goals at scale.  

Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR) to refine strategies, maximize ROI, and deliver measurable results.  

Brand Growth Partnership: Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, craft tailored marketing strategies, and drive sustainable growth through innovative solutions.  

Team Training & Leadership: Mentor and train junior team members on best practices in performance marketing, campaign management, and tool utilization, enhancing overall efficiency and expertise.  

Cross-Channel Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of paid search, social media advertising, display, and emerging channels to create cohesive, multi-platform strategies.  

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure messaging and visuals align with performance goals while maintaining a vibrant, brand-forward approach.  

Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, actionable reports to clients and internal stakeholders, translating data into strategic recommendations that inspire confidence and growth.  

Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep Agential Technology and its clients at the cutting edge of performance marketing.

Qualifications:  

Proven experience (4+ years) in performance marketing, ideally within an agency setting, with a track record of driving successful campaigns with an average monthly scale of ₹1 crore and above on Google and Meta platforms.  

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.  

Expertise in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.  

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling stories for clients and teams.  

A strategic mindset paired with a creative spark—able to think big-picture while executing with precision.  

Experience training or mentoring teams of 5-12 members, with a passion for fostering efficiency and skill development.  

Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Brownie Points:  

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.  

Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B brands.  

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM/CDP systems.
