About the Role:

1. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads.

2. The goal is to drive high-quality leads, sales, and ROAS for MacStation’s eCommerce and retail operations across India.

Key Responsibilities:

● Google Ads Management.

● Create and manage Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.

● Conduct keyword research, competition analysis, and bidding strategies.

● Optimise campaigns for conversions & ROAS.

● Set up conversion tracking, UTM, GTM events, and audience signals Meta Ads Management.

● Build conversion campaigns, catalog ads, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.

● Test creatives, ad sets, placements, and audience combinations.

● Optimise cost per result, add-to-carts, and purchases Analytics & Reporting.

● Monitor daily performance and adjust strategie.

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

● Analyse customer journey, funnel behaviour, and drop-offs.

● Creative Collaboration.

● Work closely with the social media team to develop high-converting creatives.

● Provide direction on ad copy, thumbnails, and landing page optimisation eCommerce Growth.

● Support scaling of nationwide campaigns.

● Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI.

● Identify new opportunities for growth, seasonal campaigns, and product-specific pushes.

● Work closely with the social media team to develop high-converting creatives.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills

● 1–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.

● Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure & optimisation.

● Knowledge of GTM, GA4, UTM tracking & Pixel setups.

● Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

● Ability to manage budgets and scale profitable campaigns Good-To-Have Skills.

● Experience with eCommerce (preferred).

● Knowledge of Apple products.

● Basic understanding of landing page optimisation.

● Creative-thinking ability for ad creatives Personality Traits.

● Self-motivated and proactive.

● Strong ownership mindset.
