Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Coordination & Communication
• Manage the Owner’s daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with staff, vendors, mall management, and franchise leads.
• Draft professional WhatsApp messages, emails, and responses.
• Keep track of key business commitments, payments, and events.

Operational & Business Support

• Maintain Excel records of stock, expenses, and daily kiosk reports.
• Coordinate with multiple Iscicle locations (Kharadi, Amanora, Viman Nagar, Balewadi).
• Assist with vendor management, event participation, and franchise inquiries.
• Handle document organization and basic bookkeeping support.
• Accompany the Owner for meetings, events, when required.
• Manage logistics — bookings, schedules, receipts, and reimbursements.
• Supervise on-ground event execution and coordinate with kiosk staff.

Personal Tasks

• Help manage personal errands, deliveries, and appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
• Assist in running the home-office smoothly.
