Role Overview

We are hiring a high-trust Personal Executive Support professional to work closely with the Founder.

This role combines structured executive assistance with day-to-day personal support. It is suited for someone emotionally mature, grounded, and comfortable working in close coordination with a driven founder. The position requires presence, discretion, warmth, and stability.

Personal & Lifestyle Support

• Provide steady companionship during long workdays
• Be available as a calm presence during stressful or low-energy periods
• Help create a relaxed and positive work atmosphere
• Prepare tea, coffee, or refreshments as needed
• Ensure the Founder’s immediate environment is comfortable and organized

Daily Coordination

• Assist with light scheduling and coordination tasks
• Filter minor interruptions and maintain smooth daily flow
• Help maintain balance between intense work sessions and downtime

Presentation & Alignment

• Maintain grooming and appearance aligned with the Founder’s preferred standards
• Dress appropriately as guided for brand or work settings
• Represent the Founder with grace and composure.
