Job Description
We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Personal & Office Assistant to support the Business owner and Artist in daily operations and business meetings. The role involves coordination with clients, business development activities, office administration, and regular follow-ups with B2B and B2C clients.
This position offers Fix-Salary with high earning potential through incentives and instant cash commissions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the business owner in business meetings and client interactions in office, schools, colleges, training institutes and corporate.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with B2B and B2C clients
- Support business development activities
- Handle office administration tasks and documentation
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Maintain client records and communication logs
- Assist in basic digital marketing and social media marketing activities
- Support daily operational and coordination tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- English speaking skills are mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Willingness to Travel independently sometimes and take responsibility
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
