Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Assist in meeting preparations, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing invoices, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Provide support in personal tasks and errands as required by the executive.


  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours, if required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling administrative duties for senior executives.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles, MS office ,excel .
  • Knowledge of shorthand or transcription is an added advantage.
