Pharmacist-Offline Marketing

Role: Pharmacist

Location: Mumbai, Pune, and Indore

Note: This role will involve frequent intercity travel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent Truemeds during offline activations at societies, Corporate Offices, and other locations.
2. Assist in conducting health checkups and educate residents about the benefits of generic medicines and Truemeds' offerings.
3. Guide customers through the process of placing orders on the Truemeds app, ensuring they understand the steps and benefits.
4. Address customer queries regarding prescriptions, medicine substitutes, and dosage with professionalism.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback during activations.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy (D. Pharm or B. Pharm).
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a presentable appearance, and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience: Prior experience in retail pharmacy, health camps, or similar setups is preferred but not mandatory.
