Phlebotomist

Job Description:ZiffyHealth is looking for a trained and reliable Phlebotomist who can handle both clinical and basic digital tasks in our E-Clinic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drawing blood samples, processing tests using Point-of-Care diagnostic devices, and managing patient records via our software platform.

• Key Responsibilities:Collect venous and capillary blood samples from patients safely and hygienically.
• Run diagnostic tests on Point-of-Care (PoC) devices (e.g., Glucometer, Hemoglobin analyzer, ECG, etc.).
• Accurately record test results and upload reports to the patient’s digital profile.
• Assist patients in creating digital accounts on the ZiffyHealth platform.
• Handle basic data entry and maintain e-clinic logs and inventory.
• Schedule and manage teleconsultation appointments with doctors via the ZiffyDoc platform.
• Ensure patient comfort, hygiene standards, and privacy throughout the process.
• Provide first-level support to doctors during virtual consultations if needed.
• Requirements:Diploma or Certification in Phlebotomy / Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• 1–2 years of experience in blood collection and diagnostics (preferred)
• Familiarity with PoC diagnostic equipment and digital data entry
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel / mobile apps / data forms)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
