Title: Phlebotomist
Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples accurately using venipuncture and capillary methods
Ensure correct patient identification and proper sample labeling
Follow standard safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
Handle, store, and transport samples as per laboratory guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of collection area and equipment
Record patient and sample details accurately
Communicate politely and professionally with patients
Perform home sample collection when required
Adhere to quality standards and laboratory procedures
