Phlebotomist Supervisor(Team Lead)

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Manage and supervise Phlebotomists across the Pune location
• Efficient route planning to ensure timely sample collection
• Booking assignment and daily allocation of cases to field staff
• Monitor on-time sample pickup and handover to the laboratory
• Team management including attendance, performance monitoring, and discipline
• Optimize field productivity and reduce TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Coordinate with operations and lab teams for smooth workflow
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Prior experience in a Diagnostics company (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics operations and sample collection process
• Experience in handling field teams (Phlebotomists/Riders)
• Good planning and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
