🏢 About the Job (Kaam ke baare me)

Hum tools aur power tool accessories ka business karte hain.

Warehouse se daily orders Amazon, Flipkart aur wholesale customers ko dispatch hote hain.

Hume warehouse ke liye picker/packer staff chahiye jo fast, responsible aur dhyaan se kaam kare.

Yeh job un logon ke liye hai jo long term stable job chahte hain aur warehouse environment me kaam kar sakte hain.

Warehouse me sab products aur labels English me printed hote hain, isliye basic English reading zaroori hai.

Manager jo instructions dega, usko dhyaan se follow karna mandatory hai.

🎯 Main Work (Daily Duties)

📦 Order Picking

• Manager se picking list milegi
• List ke hisaab se correct item & quantity nikaalna
• SKU aur product name English me hoga
• Picked items packing table par rakhna
• Galat item ya quantity allowed nahi

📦 Packing Work

• Items safe aur strong packing karna
• Box me proper arrangement
• Fragile items carefully pack
• Online orders me extra accuracy
• Final dispatch se pehle double check

🏷️ Labeling & Checking

• Barcode, product label, MRP check
• Courier label sahi box par lagana
• Dispatch cartons ready rakhna

📋 Discipline & Rules

• Manager ki instructions follow karni hogi
• Manager jo bolega woh priority kaam hoga
• Warehouse clean aur organized rakhna
• Mobile use limited during work
• Late coming & unnecessary leave allowed nahi

👤 Requirements

Must have:

• Basic English reading (labels English me hote hain)
• Manager ki baat dhyaan se sunna
• Counting & quantity samajhna
• Physical work kar sake (box uthana, packing)
• Honest & responsible

Preferred:

• Warehouse / packing experience
• Amazon/Flipkart packing experience
