*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Placement Officer responsible for driving student placements, building strong corporate partnerships, and ensuring maximum placement success for IT and Non-IT candidates. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, managing employer relationships, mentoring students, and maintaining accurate placement records through CRM systems.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Corporate Relations & Business Development

Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies to generate placement opportunities.

Identify and connect with organizations offering roles in:

IT domains – Software Development, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Emerging Technologies.

Non-IT domains – HR, SAP, Networking, and other business-related roles.

Conduct targeted job searches aligned with industry trends and student competencies.

Regularly follow up with HRs and recruiters to ensure consistent hiring pipelines.

*Campus Recruitment & Industry Engagement*

Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.

Facilitate internships, apprenticeships, and live training opportunities.

Act as a bridge between students and recruiters to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

*Student Career Development*

Conduct career counseling sessions to guide students on job prospects and career paths.

Assist students in:

Resume building and optimization

Interview preparation (technical & HR rounds)

Skill gap identification and development

Deliver soft skills and professional readiness training to enhance employability.

Customize job search strategies based on individual student skills, interests, and market demand.

*Placement Operations & Reporting*

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of:

Company interactions

Job openings

Interview schedules

Placement outcomes

Update all activities and data on the Vtiger CRM portal.

Prepare weekly and monthly placement reports to track performance and progress.

Monitor placement targets and ensure achievement of branch revenue goals.
