VibrantMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring passionate professionals for the role of Placement Officer / Business Development Executive / Corporate Relations Executive/ Recruitment Executive . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong hiring partnerships and driving placement opportunities for trained IT candidates from our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, identify, and tie up with companies actively hiring fresher or Experienced candidates.
• Connect students with employers by facilitating interviews, matching them with internships/jobs, and guiding them through the placement process.
• Act as a liaison between students, the training institute, and companies, ensuring all communication and coordination is smooth.
• Organize and manage on-campus/off-campus placement drives, job fairs, recruitment events, and employer visits.
• Assist students with job placement documentation, interview preparation, and onboarding formalities.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote job placement and internship opportunities.
• Maintain and update social media platforms and job placement portals for maximum visibility.
• Utilize tools like Excel, CRM, or Google Sheets for placement tracking and reporting.
• Maintain strong connections with companies and HR professionals to generate ongoing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT/software roles (Java, Testing, Python, Full Stack, etc.) and the fresher hiring landscape.
• Confidence in cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and building industry relationships.
• Self-driven and organized with a focus on corporate networking and lead generation.
• Prior experience in an IT training institute, recruitment agency, or placement coordination role is a plus.
