Placement Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

* Interview Preparation: Conduct HR round interviews, Job Description (JD) round discussions, and interview preparation sessions specifically tailored for Puneri Pattern students.

* Resume and Cover Letter Guidance: Assist students in preparing professional resumes and cover letters to enhance their job application prospects.

* Interview Coordination: Coordinate with students to schedule interviews with potential employers.

* Mentorship on Interviewing Skills: Mentor students on essential interview skills, including telephone etiquette and resume building, to ensure their readiness for the job market.

* Placement Activity Oversight: Oversee placement activities to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes while building strong relationships with employers.

* Experience in IT Placements: Previous experience in providing placement assistance to students in IT companies will be considered an advantage.

* Job Call Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of monthly targets for sharing job opportunities with students.

* Placement Success Monitoring: Take responsibility for achieving maximum placement rates for Yess InfoTech students each month.

* Student Feedback Collection: Collect reviews and feedback from students after successful placements (e.g., video testimonials, Google reviews).

* Job Call Sharing: Ensure that 3–5 genuine job calls are shared with students on a daily basis, to help them secure relevant job opportunities.
