What you’ll do

• Inspired in the creation and amendment of automation scripts and supporting documentation. 

• Provide software deployment services for QA and production environments.

• Oversee and direct with application performance monitoring and tuning.

• Delegate to junior staff in protecting the uptime and performance of the application. 

• Provide knowledge and expertise in the development and operational support and maintenance for a range of applications and tools.

• Provide knowledge and expertise in the development and operational support and maintenance for a range of applications and tools.

• Overall responsible for the installation, set up and support of third party software running on internal managed environments.

• Overarching Designing and setting up deployment procedures, setting up robust processes, monitoring production systems and managing configuration.

• Provide mentorship and management guidance to junior team members. 

What experience you need 

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent job experience required

• Advanced certification in key platform tools and/ or 10+ years of relevant experience in multiple areas

• Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred

• Technology Advising and Consulting - Able to delegate tasks to senior team members and support the consultations and advising of junior team members

• Troubleshooting - Oversees the resolution and training of single, sitewide, and global issues. Able to strategically improve processes
