Job Title: Platform Engineer - AVP

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

  • The TDI Engineering Platforms and Practice group own the governance standards for SDLC across the entire firm. Our tools and platforms are used by every single development team. Our mission is to provide a frictionless software delivery experience whilst safeguarding the integrity of the software supply chain.
  • That means we both define governance and tooling to make it easy for teams to demonstrate compliance to those standards. We are excited to be embarking on a journey of transformation, providing a new governance landscape for our customers and require an Engineer to work within Engineering to help achieve our goals.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build and enhance internal developer platform components and tooling
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines, environments, Infra Automation and developer workflows
  • Support rollout and adoption of platform capabilities across teams
  • Work within engineering team and collaborate beyond to solve problems, identify and remove friction points
  • Drive platform reliability, scalability, compliance and security
  • Help measure and improve developer productivity and experience
  • Track platform impact on speed, quality, and operational efficiency

Your skills and experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering
  • Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
  • Ability to work across teams and deliver practical solutions
  • Understanding of reliability, performance, and security fundamentals
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong interest in modern tools, with demonstrated experimentation and continuous learning
