Job Description:

The PLM Analyst will be responsible for managing the Product Lifecycle Management processes, ensuring effective coordination between engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. You will analyze product data, support project management initiatives, and lead efforts to improve product development timelines and cost efficiency. This role requires collaboration across various departments to facilitate successful product introductions and modifications.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee PLM tools and systems to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on product development milestones.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to product lifecycle processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in PLM.
• Support the training of staff on PLM systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-12 years of experience in Product Development and PLM.
• Strong knowledge of PLM software -Windchill and Thingworx
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing operations.
• Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
