Power–Electricity Tower Erection Team

Job Description:

The Tower Erection Team will be responsible for installation and erection of power transmission towers as per approved drawings and safety protocols. The role involves foundation preparation, assembly, lifting, aligning, and bolting of tower structures.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Execute tower erection and installation activities at site
• Perform foundation marking, assembly, and bolt tightening
• Operate lifting equipment, pulleys, cranes, and rigging tools
• Ensure vertical and structural alignment of towers
• Follow engineering drawings and quality standards
• Maintain work safety during height operations
• Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers
• Conduct inspection of erected towers
• Handle tools and equipment maintenance
• Adhere to project schedules and timelines

Requirements:

• Experience in power transmission tower erection / telecom tower erection
• Knowledge of rigging, lifting mechanisms, and working at heights
• Ability to read basic drawings and instructions
• Physically fit and medically cleared for height work
• Certification in tower climbing/safety (preferred)
• Team-working ability and discipline toward safety norms
