Pre-Primary Teacher

● She should have a pleasing personality and be well dressed.

● She should be creative in planning her displays and all aspects of teaching.

● She should be sensitive to the needs of children along with being loving and patient.

● She should possess classroom management, good communication skills along with being aware of the developmental milestones.

● She should be systematic, organized and is expected to follow the curriculum provided.

● She should be a change initiator and flexible to new ideas and ways of working.

● She should be a performer so that the learning becomes interesting for the children. 

Important note -

After telephonic interview selection, selected candidates have to come to school premises to complete the written test.
