Pre-Primary Teacher

We are looking for a warm and caring Pre‑Primary Teacher to join The Learning Curve Preschool and DayCare, Bavdhan, Pune. Timing: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct fun, age‑appropriate activities like rhymes, stories, art, music, and play‑based learning.
• Create a safe, happy, and positive classroom where children feel secure and excited to learn.
• Help children build basic language, thinking, motor, and social skills through simple, hands‑on activities.
• Observe each child and keep easy‑to‑understand records of their learning and behavior.
• Guide children with gentle discipline, love, and patience, following The Learning Curve’s guidelines.
• Talk regularly with parents about their child’s progress, habits, and classroom activities.
• Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori/Equivalent).
• Clear and friendly communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
• Creative, energetic, and patient personality, with a genuine love for young children.
• Prior preschool teaching experience, especially in a play‑based or Montessori‑style classroom, is preferred.
