Job Title: Pre-Primary School Teacher

Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

A Pre-Primary School Teacher is responsible for teaching and caring for children aged 3–6 years. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.

Develop lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines.

Teach basic skills such as numbers, colors, shapes, alphabets, and social skills.

Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and play-based learning.

Monitor and assess students’ progress.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and behavior.

Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and mealtimes.

Maintain attendance records and student reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Prior teaching experience in pre-primary or kindergarten preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children.

Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.

2) School Maid / Helper – Job Description

Job Title: School Maid / Classroom Helper

Location: [Genesis & Eurokids / Wagholi]

Reports To: Principal / Teacher

Job Summary

The School Maid supports teachers in maintaining cleanliness and assisting with the care of young children to ensure a safe and hygienic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clean classrooms, washrooms, and school premises daily.

Assist teachers in handling children during class and activities.

Help children with basic needs (toileting, hand washing, meals).

Arrange classroom materials and learning equipment.

Ensure hygiene standards are maintained.

Serve snacks/meals if required.

Assist during school events and activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic education (minimum primary/secondary schooling).

Experience in school or childcare setting preferred.

Caring and patient attitude toward children.

Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.

Responsible and trustworthy.
