Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries. Processing the email and assigning the lead to the Sales team. Maintaining accurate records for leads / walk-ins / Source etc. Should maintain the CRM and ERP Systems. Should assist their Supervisors from the Marketing & Sales Team. Mandatory Sat & Sun working.
