Job Description
Experience in IT service / networking company
Understand customer requirements related to LAN networking, structured cabling, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewall, and IT infrastructure
Conduct site visits and basic network assessment when required
Prepare technical solutions, BOQ, costing, and presales documentation
Support sales team with product selection, technical clarification, and proposals
Coordinate with vendors for technical specs, quotations, and compatibility
Give basic product demos / explanations to customers
- Experience in IT service / networking company
- Vendor exposure (Amp Net connect, SYSTIMAX, Molex, R&M, D-Link, etc.)
