Pre-Sales Product Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Support sales with impactful product presentations & POCs
• Conduct live/remote demos of our MDM solution – Scalefusion
• Provide pre-sales technical support, resolve client issues, and drive customer satisfaction
• Bridge gaps between Sales & Product teams to fuel feature development
• Stay hands-on with Android, iOS, Windows OS, SaaS, cloud & on-premise deployments

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Mobility/Enterprise SaaS/Cloud solutions
• Excellent communication skills & a customer-first mindset
• Knowledge of Active Directory, certificates & MDM platforms
• Willingness to travel & work across time zones
