Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads from various marketing channels (digital campaigns, portals, referrals, etc.).
• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads generated.
• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, location preference, and readiness to buy.
• Maintain timely and effective communication with prospects via calls, emails, and messages.
• Schedule site visits, virtual tours, and meetings between clients and sales representatives.
• Follow up with client post-interaction to assess interest levels and provide additional support.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 0–2 years in pre-sales, tele-calling, customer service, or real estate support roles.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in [English, Hindi and Marathi].

• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Organized and process-driven approach
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
