Job Title: Business Development Executive

About Propacity:

Propacity is a leading real estate technology platform that aims to transform the property buying experience by integrating data, automation, and deep industry relationships. We work closely with builders and channel partners to deliver high-quality inventory and seamless transactions.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead builder outreach and mandate acquisition pre sales executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing exclusive project mandates from real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage relationships with real estate builders and developers

• Present Propacity’s value proposition and service offerings to secure exclusive mandates

• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with developers

• Coordinate internally for onboarding of new projects and ensure timely go-live

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with builder partners

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate business development, particularly in builder relations

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Understanding of real estate sales cycles and market dynamics

• Ability to work independently and drive partnerships from initiation to closure

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
