Presales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Pre-Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving customer engagement and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, {other languages known should be hindi and marathi} along with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in reputed organizations. Experience in real estate sectors is  MANDATE

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries thru tele-zoho software.
• Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
• Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold service excellence at all times.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations when required.

Key Requirements:

• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of pre-sales experience in a reputed real estate only organization.
• Industry: Preference for candidates from real estate.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent in follow-up and communication.
