Presales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional, based in Hinjewadi Pune. The role involves managing real estate Sales, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, Residential and commercial properties, identifying client needs, conducting property showings, staying updated on property market trends, and negotiating contracts effectively. The candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the company's overall growth.

 Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions

Strong Sales skills and experience in meeting sales targets

Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency and familiarity with real estate market

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
