Job Title: Presales Telecaller (Female Preferred)

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and confident Female Presales Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be the voice of RK INFRA SOLUTION, connecting with potential clients and helping them find their dream infrastructure or real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to interested leads and explain our project details.
• Filter and qualify leads based on their requirements and interest.
• Book site visits and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
• Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-ups in Excel or CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication are welcome!).
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and [Insert Local Language, e.g., Marathi/Kannada]. Basic English is a plus.
• Skills: Strong convincing power, polite telephone etiquette, and basic computer knowledge.
