Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Primary Objective:

To generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication and coordination, ensuring smooth handover of prospective clients to the sales team for closure.


Key Responsibilities:Lead Management·       Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from property portals, campaigns, and referrals.

·       Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, location preference, and buying timeline.

·       Maintain and update the CRM database regularly with accurate client details and interaction history.

Client Interaction·       Understand client needs and recommend suitable projects or properties.

·       Provide preliminary project details, brochures, pricing, and amenities information.

·       Schedule site visits and coordinate with the on-ground sales team for follow-up.

Coordination·       Liaise between marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication of campaign leads.

·       Track site visit appointments and ensure timely feedback collection.

·       Support post-site-visit engagement to keep clients warm until closure.

Reporting & Analysis·       Maintain daily/weekly reports of lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

·       Track performance of lead sources and suggest improvements in campaigns.

 

Customer Relationship Building·       Build trust and rapport with prospective buyers.

·       Provide excellent pre-sales customer service to enhance the brand image.

·       Handle queries, objections, and initial concerns politely and effectively.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language).

·       Good understanding of real estate projects, market trends, and buyer behavior.

·       CRM management and data entry accuracy.

·       Confident telephone etiquette and persuasive communication.

·       Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
