Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calling for HVAC sales enquiries
• Communicate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and prospective clients
• Generate and follow up on new leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
• Share basic product information, brochures, and quotations as required
• Maintain lead data and follow up regularly for closures
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for smooth handover

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Fresher or up to 1 year experience in tele-calling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in calling, messaging, and client coordination
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage
• No field sales involved (office-based role)
