Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Experience : 3-4 years (Real Estate experience preferred)

Salary: ₹30,000 + Incentives

Location:Market Yard, Pune

Gender Preference: Female (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Job Description

 1.       Lead Generation and Follow-up:

·         Conduct cold calling to generate potential leads for real 

      estate projects.

·          Qualify and categorize leads for further sales processes.

2. Customer Engagement:

·         Communicate with prospective clients to understand their 

      needs and preferences.

·         Provide detailed project information to clients and address 

      their queries.

3. Database Management:

·         Maintain and update the lead database regularly.

·         Track and document customer interactions in the CRM system.

4. Coordination with the Sales Team:

·         Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential clients.

·         Share valuable client insights with the sales team to assist

       in conversions.

5. Communication Skills:

·         Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi for 

      effective communication with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         Proven experience (1-7 years) in a similar role, preferably in 

     the real estate sector.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to handle objections and provide persuasive solutions.

·         Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
